2. Payment Terms:
> Booking and Payment: Full Payment is due at the time of job completion. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website. A deposit is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
> Deposits: A deposit is required for local and long-distance moves or specialty services.
> Additional Charges: Additional fees may apply for services such as mileage, tolls, or delays caused by factors outside our control.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
> Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a charge of up to 50% of the total booking cost.
> Rescheduling: Moves can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. If rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Liability and Insurance:
> Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed, labeled, and accessible for our team. We are not liable for damages caused by improper packing or inaccessible locations.
> Insurance: MoveSmart Consultants offers limited liability coverage, but additional insurance options may be purchased for added protection. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
5. Customer Obligations:

> Ensure that the moving location is accessible and safe for our team.
> Secure any fragile or valuable items that require special handling.
> Be Present during the scheduled moving time for supervision.
6. Limitation of Liability:
MoveSmart Consultants is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.
